  • To support Mojave + Tejon, a Denver-based small business specializing in thoughtfully sourced, handmade goods, by expanding its reach, strengthening its maker and shopper community both online and in person, and equipping the owner with brand-aligned content, a stronger digital presence, and streamlined content systems for future growth and/or pivot opportunities.

  • I’m developing and organizing Mojave + Tejon’s brand identity and guidelines while building a high-quality library of product photos and videos for multi-channel use. I craft compelling copy and campaigns for the website, social media, and a developing newsletter—highlighting makers, customers, and their stories, showcasing quality goods, and creating holiday and event-driven content. Managing the content calendar across platforms, I drive strategic planning for website updates and social initiatives, ensuring timely execution and a cohesive brand presence. Through thoughtful storytelling and fresh, modern visuals, I’m helping evolve Mojave + Tejon’s online and social presence to attract new shoppers while staying true to its desert-inspired roots.

  • Since launching this initiative, Mojave + Tejon’s Instagram account has experienced significant growth. Compared to the previous 30 days from the date of the first campaign post, we have seen:

    • 163% increase in accounts reached

    • 14% increase in profile activity

    • 13% increase in profile visits

    • 50% increase in external link taps

    For Taylor, the maker behind Olive n’ Suede, it’s the entire process that makes this work so fulfilling—from the first sketch to the final product and every detail in between. Inspired by the diverse landscapes of Southern California, from rugged coastlines to sun-soaked deserts, each design tells us a unique story using textures, patterns, and color.

    When asked about the things that provide joy each day, Taylor shared: “Coffee in the morning, my dog, my man, my family. I think knowing each day that I get to work for myself and with other small businesses. I love to see their success and it motivates me to keep creating and growing.”
